Dottie, a much loved admin at Low Carb Friends, just publicly released an email she received earlier this month from Kimmer (Heidi Diaz), its contents a thinly veiled threat to her and her child.

Hey Dottie! I hate to write you on a weekend because that’s family time, but we got an email at Kimkins this morning.* It said they were going to “help me” by posting photos of the admins at LCF.* They mentioned CITY and that you had a CHILD.*

Dottie, you’ve always been a good friend to me and I have nothing to do with this.* I figure it’s just a nut.* We’ve both had our share of those.*

They were using a proxy so the IP was fake and I deleted it.* It’s probably nothing, but “heads up” anyway.* Like I said, it’s probably just a weirdo with nothing better to do than write this stuff.* Sorry it’s a weekend.*

This is the type of person Kimmer (Heidi Diaz) is. She uses people to her advantage and when she’s done with you, there is no low she will not sink to in an attempt to silence criticism through intimidation and fear.

Dottie however saw through it, and saw it for what it is,

I was angry and upset when I got the email, which was probably the point of sending it, but I realize it was probably a scare tactic.

Others are speaking out on the various forums of their own receipt of emails that are threatening, filled with hate or trying to scare them off continuing to tell others about the dangers of Kimkins.
