Just a few minutes ago, theTRUTH gave us more of the private message exchange between psychic SingingLass and Kimmer.

SingingLass sure is loquacious and writes too many run-on sentences. That and it appears she has a thing for questionable online sources of income, working as an online psychic at Kasamba; a company with a history of complaints with the BBB.

We’ve edited only for readability.

When I worked independently through my own site (I gave that up since I do so much better and get great exposure through kasamba)….I used paypal for billing as well, so know full well the tricks some people try to play with it. Boy did I learn “no service until e-check has cleared first”, otherwise they could just go in and cancel it while it was still in pending.

When I saw that post detailing how to file claims…..I had an “errrr” moment. I didn’t think he would get many to do it though since the core group is not that big, and even smaller still those who were actual members. if I were you though, I would contact Paypal and link to what Ducky is doing, because he is trying to encourage people even 90 days out, or who have not even made payments to CALL them and make fraud complaints and the like….and I do know Paypal can be a bit touchy.

One time though, I had a client who had made several payments to me in a short period of time. Months later, he reported to his credit card company that they were accidental duplicate charges…which would not have even been possible, and the payments were spaced out as well.
They none the less yanked the funds to cover the charge-back ( it was of course my rent money at that time)…..and the person made the mistake of contacting me asking for a reading again shortly there after, and even admitted to what he had done. So I sent in both the log of him admitting to manipulating AND screen captures of the conversation actively up on my computer so they could know I did not just make it up. Paypal stepped to the plate and restored the funds even though they themselves were still battling it with the credit card company.

Thus why you may want to contact them with that info of a site directly leading people to do it before things can get much farther. Just a thought.

I think a little quiet on the boards is good for that reason as well, people had their says…of support, and let their anger out, now need to get back to something of normalacy as best as can be done. I did have someone contact me a few days ago with a support comment, but that it was upsetting for them to see all the threads on the issues, so I had to advise her to just avoid the cafe for a little while since that at the time was where those discussions were taking place.

Good call at putting them in a completely seperate folder, I am sure others felt the same. Even if new memberships slow down at all from all of this, given some time, and with people still loosing, the word will get out and build again.

I do go over and keep tabs on the ducky and slam board stuff, but its just more to be prepared to deal with whatever they are trying to pull or send over here.

The LCF, I skim, most of it is talking in circles over the same garbage, but I have to say they have reached a complete all time low with their attempts to dig up any information on your sons and anyone who could possibly be affiliated with you or them….talk about pointing towards obsession, stalking, craziness, and invasion of privacy.

Yeash, they really are giving law suit fodder, especially with LCF allowing for it to continue.
