In the interest of preserving our energies to continue to bring the truth out about Kimkins to the world, we are taking a weekend break.

To relax, unwind and enjoy time with our families.

We suggest those following the story do the same. All Kimmer/Kimkins all the time is simply not good for the soul.

Take a break. Get out into the sunshine, take time with your families, have some fun.

Nothing is going to happen over the weekend. Really.

You, my friend are a real piece of work. You must really despise yourself or are one very sick individual to prey upon the weaknesses and vulnerability of the people that were attracted to your advice and website. Do you realize if you had put as much effort and thought into a legitimate and legal business purpose that you had with this plan of deception of yours, that all you are now facing (or will very soon be facing) would not even be an issue? Your condescending tone and belittling of others shows very clearly what you really think of yourself. Since you so obviously couldn’t change your inside or your outside you chose instead to prey upon these so-willing victims and in one fell swoop, strip them of their money and their dignity. Your obvious self-hatred is really very sad. I hope you get the two things you most deserve, the immediate help from a mental health professional and your day in a court of law. Please keep my $14.95 membership fee, as I am sure you will need it for a large attorney retainer, that or a one-way ticket out of the country.

Well I guess we know what Tippy was up to this weekend. Check out the new home page of Kimkins. (Warning: You’ll need a barf bag)

I hope Cartbabe can be notified plus I think the legal department of People Magazine needs to know that their logo has been cut and pasted into Kimkins advertising. Tippy I hope for your sake (well not really) that you actually had enough brains to get their express written permission to do this. You see…in the world of advertising it is illegal to use a copyrighted logo in your own advertising, without permission from that company, which …well, is pretty much impossible to get from as large a corporation as this.

Oh and notice how the “miracle woman” herself has been scrubbed off and any mention of her from the front page. No more red dress pic and no more mention of Kimmer and her amazing 198 lb weight loss.

I have a subscription to People and I’m almost postive that there was no mention of Kimkins in that magazine. I could be wrong, but that would have stood out to me. I’m going to check and see if I still have that magazine and double check.

Another change to the Kimkins site: If you click on the 10 reasons to join, they aren’t listed anymore, you have to give your name and e-mail and they are sent to you.

Anybody else see this as the website crumbling? Does TT see Heidi taking herself away from this more and more and that means TT is going to be left holding the bag?

Update on Christin

This morning Christin had an appointment with a cardiologist. Becky just posted an update a Jimmy Moore’s forum that read,

WooHoo! Christin just called on her way home from the doctor, and she is doing well.
I was in tears at some of what she had to say.

She’ll have more to say and blog about, and I’ll leave that up to her.

But, it will have an impact on efforts to shut Kimkins down!

Kimmer Delivers Nastygram

Kimkins member, Gonnabehot (Jennie), who dared to open a thread in the Kimmer Chatter to discuss the implications of Deni’s blog post about her doctor visit, was not only viciously attacked on the thread, but then summarily banned, and even that was not enough. Kimmer herself had to sent her a nastygram, just for good measure.

In a no holds barred reversal of her previous interview at Weight Loss Tips, Christin has clearly articulated her misgivings about the Kimkins diet and warns others not to follow the very low calorie regiment if they value their long-term health.

“Weight loss is about health, not speed. If I had it to do over again, I know now that while quick weight loss is desirable and attractive, it is not necessarily the best for my body.”

That particular private message speaks of the continued surveillance of paid members of Kimkins when they post on forums outside the Kimkins forums. Yes, they’re watching you if you’re a member of Kimkins and if they’ve figured out who you are elsewhere!

Getting to Know tarvosK

While most of the admins at Kimkins find working for or with a charlatan not only offensive, but carries potential legal liabilities, some dig their heels in and are staying for the ride.Today we’ll get to know one such admin, tarvosk. In real life he’s Vincent (Vince), born March 8th, 1961, so he’s not someone who is young and naive here. He resides in Traverse City, Michigan with his fiance Darlene (Kimkins user name Kaiala).

He’s unemployed and has been for years, despite receiving employment offers to make him a gainfully employed member of society. Instead he spends much of his time idling away in classes at Northwestern, taking an occassional gig to make some money rather than work full-time.He’s quite a character too. Weighing 408 pounds in recent posts, he’s actually abandon eating the low calorie Kimkins diet, much preferring the quick and convenient food that’s available for grab and go as he visits his fiance in the hospital.

Not only that, he likens himself to a dominant in a submissive-dominant relationship and considers his fiance his property, unworthy and inferior to him.Yes, his fiance, who weighs 367 pounds, is in the hospital with kidney complications from an infection. Of course he insists it cannot be related to the diet they’ve been following all this time, K/E, which is very low calorie, very low in nutrients and thus lower immunity to infections. That he refuses to see the connection between her diet and her health problems speaks volumes about his belief he is superior and knows better than she. Still, let’s not forget, it’s worth noting again, he abandon the diet himself. Kimmer is truly culling the bottom these days if she is resorting to using admins with such penchant for domination over others. Though, it seems such thinking must be a pre-requisite these days at Kimkins since members continue to ask questions and keep waking up to the fact that Kimmer (Heidi Diaz) is a liar.

This tarvosK admin should know he may be implicated in criminal and/or civil charges should he remain a loyal servant of Kimmer. And that of course is the real irony here, he is her servant, doing her dirty work, blindly obeying her commands. Ain’t life grand?

Whew. If T’s partner has TRULY and WILLINGLY chosen a particular lifestyle, then ……enjoy…..I guess. If K is NOT willingly choosing this…then….. Wow. It’s so hard to tell (IMO) with the whole dominant / submissive lifestyle thing because from many miles away, who knows whether the submissive is choosing this or not – REALLY. But there is little doubt that T is submitting to Kimmer…..

Mean time, if K wants out of this thing with T, I hope she somehow asks for help from her hospital bed. There are just no words for this stuff….

It’s abusive. Someone always has to pay. Student loan skippers leave ALL THE REST OF US to pay.

Wow, thanks for the Kimkins info! I seriously had NO IDEA! I never jointed Kimkins, (thank God!) but I tried it a couple of times. I never made it past the first few days because it made me feel so crappy. I experienced the nausea, and had an episode in Walmart where I thought I was literally going to die, right there in the middle of the store, my heart was beating so furiously. It made me feel like a big fat loser/quitter, yet again because I just couldn’t take it.
As recently as a couple of days ago I was perusing the “success” stories on her sight longingly, thinking I NEED to do this. Well NO MORE! Thank you!!!

Kimmer (Heidi Diaz), under the pen name Brad Johnson, recently sent an email out to every single email address in her database, begging readers to create blogs to promote Kimkins. In the last few days there appears to be some activity with new pro-Kimkins bloggers, so we need to get busy and start creating more blogs to inform the public about the dangers of the diet and the fraud being perpetuated by Kimmer.If you do not have a blog, but would like to add your creativity to the efforts to educate the public about the Kimkins diet, please start a blog at one of the reputable free blogging sites.  You do not need to post often.  In fact, you can post once and never post again if you don’t want to.  A great first and only post would be your experience with Kimkins and why you were banned, left or otherwise abandon the site/diet.

No matter what, simply make sure your first post includes links to the blogs working hard to keep information moving forward, like our blog and others in our sidebar.  If Kimmer can utilize what is better known as viral marketing, so can we!

While we do not wish to inflict any more pain on individuals who fled Kimkins when they realized the fraud being perpetuated, we feel it necessary to point out that a former admin posted today that she realized, as an admin, she could read all PM’s and,

“as more and more of my disbelief grew, I actually looked around in my private message area and yes, there is a button that admins can enable to see all PMs. My stomach sank as right there was another bold faced lie. But what really sickens me, is that I read one.”

And which PM did she read?

“I read one between Tippy and Kimmer entitled ebook where Tippy said she would take a shot at writing the ebook while on her cruise. I have been absolutely sick to my stomach since then.”

That was the point where she woke up. It did not make her feel very good. In fact, she was

“Sick at myself that I would go so low to try and find answers. I spent the next couple of days thinking I could be brutus to her ceasar, be an inside person and find some unknown “proof” or soemthing. I had this feeling in the pit of my stomach that there is anothe rlayer here. I STILL cannot shake that feeling. I do think there is more here that has yet to be uncovered. But I couldn’t do it. It made me sick signing on. It made me sick just seeing her name on a post. Even though I felt like I was making a difference in the workout zone, she was not the person I had believed and realized to that point eveyrthing had been a sham. She was not a friend. She was incapable of being a friend. She was a user, and I am ashamed to have been part of her “team”.”

While we understand the pain you’ve been through, and applaud your decision to leave Kimkins and speak out, we feel others will benefit reading about your experience.

Ducky Don’t Like Moles

Besides the fact that spying within an open forum like Low Carb Friends is silly, the idea someone willingly reports back to Kimmer (Heidi Diaz) is aiding and abetting a fraud.

We thought long and hard about publicly posting comments naming individuals on message boards, and decided to keep those comments hidden. The innocent need not be implicated or have an air of doubt swirling around them when they post online.

With theTRUTH posting about Kimmer (Heidi Diaz) bringing on someone, for pay, to gather information on the boards, we decided to take a closer look at our comments section. Sure enough, one particular commenter is vitriole here and innocently posting about her confusion at Low Carb Friends. In fact, at Low Carb Friends she’s joined the ducky brigade and taken a duck as her avatar to be one with the group.

Yet, she remains a Kimkins affiliate, paid to drive traffic and sales to Kimmer (Heidi Diaz) and her comments here indicate she is communicating with Kimmer (Heidi Diaz). How else would she know about and boast that Kimmer ‘rox’ and is setting up a web cam?

Harlow, better known as SinKittyVixen, posted this on September 19 in our comments,

U guys r ridiculous. Give it up.KImmer rox. And she will be posting new pics and adding a webcam. So bite it.

Yesterday, she posted this in comments,

U guys r stupid.I cant wait till she sets her cam up.

Over at Low Carb Friends she’s busy posting away how confused she is, has replaced her avatar with a duck, and posts about returning to Atkins induction in her journal.

On the Fascination thread she posted yesterday that Kimmer “needs to come clean. Stop the insanity.”

The day before, she posted that “Everytime I think this cant get anymore crazier, it does. LOL.Sociopath.Makes sense. but shes still respondsible for her actions. Wonder what she did’time’ for in the past. hmm.. Im sure Jeanessa will let us kno..haha. U go girl!”

We have not checked her posts on other boards, so do not know if she is posting elsewhere. If she is, you now can see her posting style, name and pictures to watch for, she’s said one thing here in comments and another elsewhere.

In our opinion, she’s a mole. And not the brightest bulb in the pack either.

That is too funny ducky! When you posted this blog last night you had all the ladies a lcf in an uproar, however I will tell you I got several pm’s saying they suspected her. Good work.

But, is it possible the “harlow” here is a plant? I only ask because I really can’t seen anyone anywhere being that stupid. I mean come on, she uses txt speak “u guys r”. So either she’s 14 (which would be a total violation of kimmers tos) or Heidi is pretending to be her??????

Just a thought. I just can’t believe anyone is that dumb.

Harlow – Has your doctor checked your nutrient levels through blood tests? I was diagnosed with depression shortly after my stint with KK (don’t think it was related). Luckily my doc found that I was severly deficient in Vit D. He put me on a high dose of D3 and at least 10 minutes of sunshine per day and my symptoms abated within a week.

Luckily I didn’t need any therapy other than vitamins.

Well, my Dr checks my cholesterol monthly and found my liver functions to be off and said its from low-carbing. Im due to get tested again so I will bring this up. I have started taking Wellbutrin and Inderal for depression/anxiety.Thankx Gina
