Let’s Review Important Information
5 10 2007Since July we’ve posted about the dangers of the Kimkins diet and the deceptions used in selling it.
For those just tuning in, please take a few moments to read some of our most important posts:
- Fake Success Story Pictures
- Kimkins Manipulation: One Diet Fits All Dietary Patterns
- Mission Possible: Convince People Being Fat is Worse than the Kimkins Diet
- Kimkins Sells Potentially Deadly Very Low Calorie Diet
- Kimkins Very Low Calorie Diet Courts Health Risks, Death (must read for anyone who has actually followed the diet plans as written)
Information about the class action lawsuit is available here.
Information about requesting refunds at PayPal is available here.
A summary of the controversy is available on Wikipedia. (Wiki deleted the article)
UPDATE: Ducky is taking the weekend off to spend time with family and friends. For those new to our blog, please take some time this weekend to read our posts and understand why we feel it is important the truth about Kimkins and Kimmer (Heidi Diaz) be exposed. For those continuing along and keeping up, we’ll be back on Monday and hope you’ll take a breather this weekend too to relax and have some fun!
We will be moderating comments over the weekend, so if you leave a comment, it will be in the queue until we get to it as we have time throughout the weekend.

Yep, LCF boards appear to be down. I was able to go to LCD and to the main board page, but was unable to access specific links such as Stillmans etc.
Can’t wait to see what Darth Kimmer still has up her sleeve.
My prediction is her next spin will be to play her sympathy card. She will take a page from the Paris / Brittney playbook.

Susan & Ducky, I am having to go thru the challenge procedure on Wikipedia (AGAIN). I have the support of the admins who deleted it the first time I put it up – we shall see what happens.
I AM SO PISSED that I didn’t save a copy of it! Others had gone on and edited & added so much stuff, it was really growing. I hope it will come back – I’ll spread the word when it does. Glad you appreciated it!

Wow. I can’t believe how many there are, and from how few sites! I’m sure the red dress lady is out there somewhere. Maybe we could get more people involved in the search. Are there any message boards out there for men looking for russian brides? If so, we could post there, asking if any of them know where that photo is from. (Maybe somebody even married her…
Does anyone know when the photo was posted? Having a timeframe might help the search…

I knew Roz was way too hot to be from this side of the world!
I wish I could search those sites at work! Stupid filters. I’m ready to find the red dress woman! It’s like all of this is building up to the mother-of-all-photos. It’s almost like Heidi is sitting by watching and laughing at how deeply ‘hidden’ the mother-picture is as we unravel all this.
Though I doubt she’s laughing.
She’s probably packing.

As one of the “real” success stories, it’s clear we were the minority. It makes me so mad that the handful of us that were real were (and probably still are) up there with a bunch of russian mail order brides! I feel so used! Seriously, if you have not left Kimkins yet, do it now! This is coming from someone who did lose weight and had no side effects and even I am saying – KIMMER IS A FRAUD! You don’t need her to lose weight! There are tons of other forums that will provide support and these other forums are filled with REAL people and REAL success stories, not fake successes pulled off of russian bride sites.

Hugs for those who have been hurt by this SCAMMER. You did nothing wrong and you are far from stupid, what you are guilty of is being honest and trusting people who believes in others. You could never treat others this way and had absolutely no way of knowing what Heidi Diaz was capable of. My family was infected by someone with this type of personality disorder and it stung us very deeply. It takes time to heal, please surround yourself with those you know who are true and honest and be kind to yourselves I will tell you that your sh*t detector will be on high alert from now on and you will be able to spot garbage a mile away. Heidi/Kimmer is truly is a very sick human being.

Amy (curlygirl) – THANK YOU for coming out and saying this! I am so glad you are speaking up like this, since you have always been such a role model and inspiration to others. I hope people listen to you!
Kimmer’s misuse and exploitation of others is a crime, in every sense of the word.
PLEASE, people, do not have ANY part of her criminal enterprise!
Folks, you can lose weight with friends for support, WITHOUT aiding and abetting a criminal.
Amy is a REAL success, and has her own free forum, http://forum.eatinglow.com/

October 4, 2007 at 4:18 pm
Eat, People, EAT!
I remember Heidi’s defense about people sending her those photos, and she also said that SHE tried to Photoshop them to adjust the lighting since most people don’t know how to take good photos of themselves. (insert rolling eyes) What are the odds that EVERY one of those alleged members lifted their pics from the same Russian site??? ROFLMAO.
It was also interesting when ALL of those new photos showed up at the same time after the remodel. She got rid of the old ones that people had questioned, and just put up a batch of new fake ones.
It’s so insulting how she just laughs in the face of morality. Some of those pictures clearly looked dated and just embarassingly awkward, we hashed over these at ALC but there was no way of figuring out where they came from. This is a MAJOR coup! Much props to all of the cyber detectives for finding these!
Wonder what she’ll put up now?
October 4, 2007 at 4:55 pm
Caro
I am the person who found the fake “Annette” photo that got this ball rolling,
and even I am shocked that almost every single success story is a fake! I thought there would be a few, sure, but this many? Unbelievable!
I just had a hunch yesterday afternoon, and got lucky right away. The photos would have to be available *somewhere* and there was something vaguely Russian/Eastern European about many of the them. Pay dirt!! I knew once I posted it everyone would dig until every last one was turned up and they did so in record time! Awesome work guys!

the woman in the red dress was actually on the success stories the other week as Nikki?? she lost 60 pounds in 3 months. She was an Italian who loved to cook but changed her lifestyle..it was the same woman who had the dark hair and the brown shirt and was leaning in for a picture. Which I think, is the same as the red dress lady…

Kimkins Success Story Faked
4 10 2007Success Story “Annette” is a fake!

The ‘after’ picture above is a Russian “model” named Svetlana; her portfolio is available through Elena Model’s, a site which appears to be a service for men to meet Russian women. Note the identical picture as above is on the left sidebar of photos to view.

Bet you almost anything the infamous “red dress photo” came from this or a similar site. Because who would reasonably expect an American *woman* to ever cruise these sites and recognize a ripped “success story” photo? Heidi probably thought she was quite safe in lifting those photos.
October 4, 2007 at 1:20 am
Michalle
OMG!! That is (almost) unbelievable!! I’m ‘pretty sure’ that would be considered fraud! Good God, what hasn’t Heidikin thought of???

I bet you that woman in the RED dress is here also … somewhere! Her facial features and makeup have a european look… possibly Russian, you think?
Worth looking into… I would REALLY like to know who that woman is!!

I have been waiting for the source of these “success” photos to come to light. There seems to be no end to this story. “Kimmer/Heidi” better get her legal “ducks” in a row.

And Svetlana is listed at 110 pounds! I bet she wouldn’t be to happy to see her “after” story listed at 142!!!

I never joined Kimkins, so I’m not familiar with the members there. However, I’m convinced many of the success stories are fabricated. Their before/after face shots don’t look similar enough. Or they look too young and firm to have lost a huge amount of weight that fast. Some of the stories sound gimmicky, like they were written by PR instead of average people.
Has anyone compiled a list of which of those success stories are traceable to specific members, and which are mysterious?

The look, quality, and background of this shot resemble the red dress shot very much in my mind — low-budget studio shot.

Maybe this Russian bombshell was only able to achieve her dream of becoming a model after hot enough to date an American man until she did Kimkins and used Kimmer’s Retin A program.
I don’t think any of us realized that Kimmer is such an international globe trotting philanthropic success. It must be hell when one is such a private person. Serving orphans, obese Russians, helping the blind . . . No wonder she hides behind her good fat friend Heidi Diaz.

I KNEW this was a fake…I tried to post the pictures on LCF before to ask if anyone else thought they were fake, but I didn’t know how and then I messed it up and then I gave up…But I was right.
October 4, 2007 at 3:05 am

Tooter is correct . . . she did steal the logo from that same website. How much do you want to bet the red dress photo came from there too!?!? The poses of some of the girls and quality of the pictures are identical to the red dress photo.

What about Annette? Is she known to others beside Heidi?
Have any of the “before’s” spoken up or do they not know that they’re being featured on that site?

The “Dina” after pic at Kimkins has been proven to be a fake also. A poster named stardust at LCF found that pic at one of the Russian bride sites too. See page 47 of the Fascination Thread #5 at LFC.

Interesting stuff. However, if I recall correctly, Slamboard posted that Catherine McDonald did the website programming, marketing, and technical stuff and assembled content so it may be wise to hear from her before accusing anybody of “stealing” logos. Maybe she could also say whether Kimmer was solely responsible for success stories at the beginning of the partnership.
Also, way back on this blog at the time of the “Selling an Image” post, there was a group of success story photos and commentary as to why they might be fake, but those later disappeared from the blog. Why were they removed, Ducky?
———————–
Perhaps you’re mistaking our blog for another? We did not tackle the issue of faked success stories previously, nor remove a post about such.

Princess Dieter
Well, as of this minute, the LCF ladies have found a bunch of false success story pics from the Russian bride/model sites. I believe it’s 10 totally confirmed fakes (with links to the Kimkins success story and to the Russian dating/model sites).
Ten.
Oh, yeah. That red dress pic will be showing up. It’s a matter of time.

“Ask Kimmer” Locked Down
3 10 2007As theTRUTH just posted, the ‘Ask Kimmer’ thread was just locked, no additional questions will be allowed on the thread.
Kimmer wrote:
Everybody, I am going to lock the “Ask Kimmer” thread. Part of the idea for the management group is “less Kimmer more Kimkins” and then I can focus on the behind-the-scenes stuff that we do.
Questions? Ask in Kimkins Cafe or Newbie Support. The admins are busy bees zooming around to answer as quick as they can.
Well, there goes another membership benefit, ‘direct access to Kimmer’ (Heidi Diaz).
This comes in the wake of eliminating the ‘Fasting & Detox’ forum, the pathetic attempt at an eBook (ePage anyone?) and other changes to promised ‘benefits’ of membership, such as access to a certified personal trainer.
Going somewhere Heidi?

Kimmer Plays it Cool
3 10 2007This morning, after KTLA’s segment last night, featuring Kimkins as an ‘internet scam’, Kimmer (Heidi Diaz) is downplaying the significance of the broadcast and remains calm and cool to members.
With no remorse or explanation about the broadcast, Kimmer is posting away in an attempt to quiet any questioning, and banning members who dare speak up.
On the thread ‘Ask Kimmer’ a member wrote:
Just want to publicly throw in my two cents about all the controversy swirling around us. I know you would get a lot of flack if you did this, Kimmer, but–I wouldn’t care a bit if you took out all the negative stuff. I think the time for reaction to and self-_expression_ regarding all the people leaving, the lawsuit, etc. needs to have run its course. Those of us who are trying to focus on the program keep running into all that “stuff” on just about every thread we turn to. Enough is enough!
Kimmer replied:
I know. We’re doing our best to keep it off the site. People who enjoy reading it can find it at 1,001 other places. Meanwhile, stay focused, do your work, let your body show you what it can do!
On another thread, Kimmer wrote:
Maybe I can shed some light?
The point of this website — the entire reason it exists — is to help people lose weight. When there’s interference with that intent, we take action. Whether that is banning troublemakers or removing elements that distract from our purpose, we do it.
Personally I don’t like negativity on this site. I’ve said it a thousand times and I still mean it. If anyone is unhappy or disillusioned, there are a ton of other websites to vent your feelings. Or, start an anti-Kimmer blog like the “popular kids”. Sorry, bad humor. Everyone is 100% to their opinion. Absolutely. Just take the negative opinions elsewhere.
Or, you could just lose weight?
Those of you who have been members since the website started have seen regular changes to the front page. I think we are on #5 “facelift”? Our graphic guys get bored and every few months they get an urge to make changes. Unfortunately, this change was stopped midway. The brother of our lead graphic person is having open heart surgery and the balance of the design changes have been postponed a few days.
They’ve got ideas for another front page change a few months from now. It’s the nature of the beast.
And on yet another thread, inquiring about the removal of success stories from the site, Kimmer wrote:
I’m right here!
We are renovating the front page. We needed more space on the top menu bar so some elements were removed. Success stories are still there in photo form on the right side and expanded to show 5 at a time. We’ll be adding 3 new success stories this week!
The naysayers would love for me to chat on … so I won’t. We’ve got some new support resources for members coming up, too! Keep an eye out!

Kimkins Controversy Aired on KTLA
3 10 2007This evening KTLA News in Los Angeles featured a segment exposing the Kimkins fraud.
Go WATCH THE VIDEO.
Stay tuned tomorrow for part 2, with more information about the lawsuit.
*****
TRANSCRIPT (hat tip to Low Carb Friends member)
Leila And now a KTLA exclusive for you. The founder of a popular internet diet is facing tough questions. Is she actually who she says she is?
Emmet Chip Yost has been investigating this intriguing case joins us now with more, Chip.
Chip: Leila and Emmet, the kimkins diet has taken off on the internet. It’s based on a mixture of a couple of diets, most notably the Atkins diet. Its success can largely be traced to the amazing claims of the diet’s founder. A woman known as “the Kimmer”. But what we and others found, is that “the Kimmer’s” claims may not be all they’re cracked up to be.
Chip:“Ma’am can you look at this picture I’m showing you.” [kimmer in the car]
Why is this woman in such a hurry to get away from us? The answer starts at this website, kimkins.com. It’s a website that says if you buy a lifetime membership for $59.95 and follow the kimkins diet, you can lose more than 2 pounds a week, with no exercise. The diet is named after the website’s founder. A woman known as “the Kimmer”. This was supposedly “the Kimmer” before the diet. This is what she says she looked like 11 months later. After dramatically losing 198lbs on her diet. [images of the website and her blue flowery before shot, and red dress shot ]
Heidi (HBGal) And I was really happy for her, cause I felt like I kinda knew her. Umm, So I went over and I joined. [Heidi (HBGirl) interviewed ]
Chip: Heidi [HBGirl] who lives in southern California was sold. She signed up, and thousands of others did too. [Heidi(HBGirl) walking outside] Especially after many of them saw the diet featured in a woman’s world magazine cover story. Inside the magazine, Kimmer’s story was told again. Alongside the story of another woman who lost weight on the kimkins diet. But unlike the other dieter, who posed for pictures, Kimmer wasn’t interviewed in person. In fact, it seemed no one in the dieting world had ever really seen her in person. [shots of the ww article] Even heidi [HB girl] tried to meet up with her when she found out they lived only a few miles apart.
Heidi (HBGal) “She always had an excuse, something with her kids, or she was doing something or another.” [Heidi (HB Girl) at computer]
Chip: Suspicions began floating. Is kimmer really that lady in the red dress? [red dress] A former business partner of Kimmer who also had never met her in person, decided to hire private investigator Bob Charlton of Alliance Investigative Services to find out who Kimmer really was. [images from surveillance of green van] Charlton knew Kimmer’s real name was Heidi Diaz and that she lived in Corona. But when he finally found her, he was in for a shock. He realised she wasn’t that thin woman in the red dress. Charlton’s investigation found that Heidi “Kimmer” Diaz was really this woman. [images from surveillance of Kimmer at petrol pump, and at store] Chip: “And is Heidi Diaz as far as you know the Kimmer?”
Charlton: “Yes, from kimkins.com” [charlton being interviewed]
Chip: Charlton’s pictures were posted on the internet. [images of slamboard] Kimkins members were in a huff, they thought they had been taken. The Better Business Bureau offered to meet with kimmer to settle the dispute. But they too were turned down
BBB “Because she claims that she’s ahh you know, a bit shy” [BBB guy being interviewed]
Chip: Finally we decided to go to Heidi Diaz or Kimmer’s apartment ourselves to see if she would clear things up [garage underneath kimmer's apartment trying to interview Heidi] Chip: “are you actually the person that’s been claiming to be kimmer on the kimkins.com website.”
Kimmer (Heidi Diaz) “No comment”
Chip: “Ma’am have you been lying to people about who you are. Ma’am, we just want to clear some things up. Are you actually Kimmer? Have you been telling people this picture is you? Can you look through the window Ma’am. Ma’am can you look at this picture I’m showing you? [Heidi gets back in car and drive's off to avoid reporter]She didn’t answer our questions, but Heidi Diaz may soon have to answer questions before a court.
Chip: Tomorrow night we’ll tell you why a class action lawsuit is about to be filed against her, and why some members claim her diet is causing them all kinds of health problems. And one other note I should mention Emmet and Leila the picture of the lady in the red dress was taken off the website over the weekend.

Tippytoes Blames Members for Health Problems
2 10 2007This morning, Tippytoes (Jeannie Baitinger) is digging in and trying to explain the changes made to the homepage of the Kimkins website. In it, she lays blame for health problems on those following the Kimkins plans.
Tippytoes wrote:
What happened to Kimmer’s Red Dress Picture?
We are making many new and positive changes to this site every single day. We have chosen to remove the red dress photo and in place use People magazine. Too much contravery surrounds that pic and rather than try to defend its use we have decided to simply replace it. The success stories are still there although someone else did ask me where they went. I checked and they are there. Not sure if this is a tech glitch or not. But I can look further into it. Does anyone else not see them?
I think it was well said previously that Kimkins diet has been abused by some members at their own doings who now point the finger in blame towards us. We are encouraging everyone to not abuse the plans or themselves for weight loss. They don’t have to! Kimkins works beautifully all on its own. We do not promote starvation, laxitive abuse or any of the like and we are making this clear. There will always be room for improvements and we are always willing to make them. We have even introduced a cycle option as part of the positive change and to help transition towards maintenance later.
We have also removed the cruise info. We have decided that a cruise would present a safety hazzard for Kimkins members as well as staff. However, rest assured we have some new gathering ideas in the works for next year. What we have in mind will be better and will geer more in tuned with Kimkins diets than an all you can eat fest cruise. I have cruised many times and it is not possible in my opinion to not gain some weight. So we are making positive changes in this area as well.
The year 2008 is going to offer a lot of fun for members here. We have a walk for breast cancer coming up and I will be posting more soon. In addition we are considering a fundraiser challenge to benefit Toys For Tots. Members participating would make and pay their own pledges directly to Toys For Tots. There are also talks of a fund raiser coming soon to benefit local low cost animal sterilization services.
So hang tight, my fellow Kimkinettes! Change is GOOD!
I want you all to not be afraid to see positive changes being made. This only means we are here to stay and getting better all the time.

Tippytoes sez: “We are encouraging everyone to not abuse the plans or themselves for weight loss. They don’t have to! Kimkins works beautifully all on its own.”
No need to “abuse” Kimkins. At 500 to 1,000 calories, it’s already starvation!!!
Tippytoes spins: “We have also removed the cruise info. We have decided that a cruise would present a safety hazzard [SIC] for Kimkins members as well as staff.”
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Wouldn’t have anything to do with Regandy, the cruise organizer, jumping ship from the sinking good ship Kimtanic, would it? Noooooooooo, of course not!!!
Tippytoes defines: “Kimkinettes!”
Ah, so THAT’S what the remaining smattering of duped sugar-free kool-aid drinking minions are officially called.
Tippytoes pathetically optimistically quips: “The year 2008 is going to offer a lot of fun for members here.”
Yes indeed. The lawsuits, governmental investigations and transitioning former KimkinETTES from starvation to healthful ways of eating is gonna be a friggin’ laugh a minute.

“I have cruised many times and it is not possible in my opinion to not gain some weight. So we are making positive changes in this area as well.”
Don’t trust the members to make their own decisions on what they eat? Why not tell the real reason….Heidi still wouldn’t show her face and too many questions were asked about it, so it was decided to just remove all info and hope they’ve banned everyone who knew about Heidi’s refusal.

Becky/Littlebit
Members abusing the plan and eating low calories against Kimmer” will?
This is typical “blame the victim” abusive thinking.
Anyone who has been around Kimkins for long knows that ultra-low calories was always Kimmer’s intention. It is precisely what makes it Kimkins, not Atkins.
When I was on Boot Camp, exercising, eating an average of 465 calories a day, and stalled, and had the nerve to complain about it and decide to increase my fats, Kimmer’s emailed response was (and i quote):
“Someone can “eat clean” and still be too high in
calories, even if they’re low by other diet standards.
Certainly no one would think 900 calories a day is
“high”, but it’s 3 times as much as someone doing the
Egg White Challenge at 300 calories a day. Weight
loss will be different. Don’t forget people who
dabble in days of fasting, too.
If someone wants to lose “as quickly” as someone else,
maybe it behooves us to see how they did it. Was
their weight loss accomplished by methods we would
want to follow? Many people on this site have a
problem with very low calories and refuse. “

Funny that Tippytoes doesn’t refer to the pic as “Kimmer’s AFTER picture.”
No, it’s referred to as “the red dress picture” because even Jeannie Baitinger, Director of Public Relations for Kimkins doesn’t believe that it could possibly Kimmer’s AFTER picture.

The cruise… SAFETY ISSUE? I don’t understand.
OH …. yeah…. must have SOME kind of answer even if it is “made up”. I guess some people just create answers and repeat them often enough that they begin to believe it themselves.
Just ANOTHER reason to get away from anything that has to do with that place.
If they will lie about one thing, they will lie about all things.

I am sick beyond words that Tippy would put the blame on the members for taking the diet to extremes. The extreme nature of this diet was carefully coached and taught by Kimmer herself. The following is a direct copy of Kimmer’s words to a newbie. I have the screen shot to back this up if it is ever needed.
Member asks Kimmer:
I’m new here – just started yesterday.
Which plan is designed for the fastest weight loss results?
I’m on KE and don’t have a problem with it. I was looking at Boot Camp and wondering is it’s designed for quicker weight loss results?
Thanks!!
Kimmer’s response:
The very fastest would be the Meal Replacement Shake option because there’s no chance of messing up. 450 calories a day, that’s it.
Second is Boot Camp because the protein and salads are limited, but someone could still pick a higher calorie protein by accident.
K/E was originally the fastest, but it’s not always anymore because some people tend to be creative about what a “lean” protein is plus overeating with too big portions or small snacks all day .
Kimkins is the slowest and still way faster than any other non-Kimkins plan except water fasting.
Another Member asks:
Hi Kimmer
You just posted a relpy that the Replacement Shake option is 450 caloris a day but when I look at the plan under KIMKINS Diet Plans it says 800 calories a day. Which is correct?
Kimmer’s response:
It would be 800 if you choose 200 calorie shakes and 4 per day. Personally, as long as I’m doing shakes (which are not incredibly exciting anyway), I’d find a 150 calorie version and limit to 3 (skipping a snack shake).
But I’m impatient.

“There are also talks of a fund raiser coming soon to benefit local low cost animal sterilization services.”
This really makes me laugh after Melt/Kimmer PM about animals.

I can’t believe this. Back in June when I posted on that site I was having “potty problems” I was told to try Exlax by several memebers and Kimmer. Becky Lil Bit came through with the suggestion of Smooth Move tea, which is herbal. I went with Becky’s suggestion and another one of two stalks of celery a day…that worked. ’cause I know that Exlax used on a regular basis can really mess you up big time.
But until people started complaining, they were promoting laxatives as a way of life. It seem to me that when I first joined, all people were eating on that site were eggwhites and Exlax. Back in my 20’s, I went on an Exlax, Dr. Pepper, M&M’s and cigerette diet for about a month, Lost tons of weight.
Man, I need to get me a web site and start sellin’ that. It was way more fun than egg whites and Exlax.
So, Tippy, your plan use to promote laxative use. Which attorney told you to stop?
And fundraisers? Man, that’s great. I guess getting $59.95 one time out of members isn’t good enough. “fund raisers” for the Pad My Pocket foundation. I’ll pass thank you.

To top it all off SingingAss needs to learn to spell. Or edit. That was painful to read.

This post made me so angry!! This was my reply on the site with my goodbye.
Too much controversy surrounding the red dress???? Are you kidding me??? Why not fix this then????? There should be NO controversy!!! FIX THIS by proving what is real! I don’t understand what the problem is. If the picture is Kimmer then PROVE IT! Why all the secrets, changes, drama, and lies??? WHY??? I have been around since the beginning on LCF. I was one of the first 20 members of Kimkins when all was hailed…”isn’t it nice to be on a site where you can speak freely and not have PM’s read and posts changed/deleted” WTF? This place is worse than LCF EVER was. What is wrong with you crazy people?? This is a nut house now. I can’t believe what has happened to this place. I feel so sad for the members who don’t understand that all of this change is a horrible sign. I am so sad it has come to this.
Goodbye all and good luck to finding what works for you!

There is no limit to Tippy Toes’ reprehensible twisting of actual experiences and reality. Dang, that’s some shiny 30 pieces of silver there, Tips.
Controversy and the red dress? hahaha There would be no controversy if it was Kimmer, now would there be? The controversy is that it’s NOT.
And all that site scrubbing. Did you get all those Kimmer posts urging people to eat less, less, less and take laxatives? Did you?
And the members to blame? Boy. For someone who doesn’t follow the plan, you have some nerve judging those who DID in good faith.
You know, some people really do need to go down hard with the ship and captain…
So glad Christin and others are out there to put the lie to Tipper’s propaganda.

Morning Fodder
2 10 2007Well, as all can see, the call to contact WordPress by those within Kimkins to shut Ducky up was for naught. We’re still here and will remain since we are not, as we said yesterday, in violation of the TOS, nor do we plan to violate the TOS anytime soon. We carefully consider our words before publication and always remain within the boundaries of the law and the terms of service we agreed to when we registered this blog.
After careful consideration, we have edited out our ‘in jest remark’ in a post regarding SingingLass and have retained the original so as to ensure its integrity should it be needed later.
For those reading, be aware that threatening others by phone, in person, or in email is a criminal offense. It is something we abhor and we will cooperate fully with authorities if we are approached about our records here. Enough said on that matter.
This morning we’re given a treat from theTRUTH, another private message exchange between Kimmer (Heidi Diaz) and melt (a member) to highlight they are indeed two different people.
